• Academic & Institutional Data: Student attendance records, academic results, class schedules, fee payment history, and diary entries.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app interaction data used solely for crash reporting and app performance improvements.
• Camera & Storage Access: The app may request access to your device's camera or photo gallery strictly for uploading profile pictures, assignments, or fee challan receipts. We do not access your photo library without your explicit permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for educational and administrative purposes, including:

• Facilitating daily school operations such as attendance tracking and result generation.
• Communicating important school updates, fee reminders, and academic progress to parents and students.
• Processing secure login and authentication.

Account Deletion: Parents, students, and staff can request the deletion of their personal data by contacting their school administration directly, or by emailing our support team at the email provided below. Upon verification, data will be permanently removed from our active servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed to be used by parents, teachers, and students. However, accounts for children (students) are created and authorized strictly by the School Administration with the implicit or explicit consent of the parents/guardians during the school enrollment process. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without institutional authorization.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, by providing a notice within the app.
